Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or sales events, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way!
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer two shipping options to get your cosplay items to you:

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely thrilled with your cosplay purchase, whether it’s one of our stunning 100-110 cm wigs, detailed Anime Costumes, or items from popular series like Ace Attorney, Arknights, or Baldur’s Gate. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!
Return & Exchange Timeframe
You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange for eligible items.
When We Accept Returns/Exchanges
- Item received is defective or damaged
- Wrong item was shipped
- Item doesn’t match the description (excluding minor color variations due to monitor differences)
- Items are in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging is intact and undamaged
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of cosplay products, we cannot accept returns for:
- Custom wigs from our Advanced Custom category (as these are made specifically for you)
- Opened or used wigs (for hygiene reasons)
- Items that have been altered, damaged, or show signs of wear
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
Important: We cannot accept returns based on “change of mind” or inaccurate size selection. Please check our size guides carefully before ordering!
Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
1 Submit Your Request

2 Approval & Instructions
Within 2 business days, we’ll review your request and email you with:
- Approval or additional questions
- Return shipping address (our base at 811 Dogwood Lane, Tucson, US 85701)
- Return authorization number
- Specific packaging instructions
3 Ship Your Return
Once approved, package your item securely including:
- All original tags and packaging
- The return authorization number clearly visible on the package
- Any free gifts received with the order
Ship using a trackable method and email us the tracking information.
4 Processing & Resolution
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days after arrival):
- Exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement within 2 business days
- Refunds: We’ll process your refund to the original payment method
Refund Timeline & Methods
Refunds are processed to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Shipping
- For exchanges due to our error, we cover all shipping costs
- For other exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping to us, and we’ll cover the cost to ship the replacement
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll expedite a replacement at no additional cost to you.
